About COBBCO Land Services LLC

A Message from the Founder/Owner, Shane Cobb.

In 2019 we started COBBCO Land Services LLC with a dream to succeed,  provide outstanding workmanship, and provide excellent customer service. 

​

COBBCO Started out doing small Clearing, Gravel Driveways, Small Demolition, and Brush Mowing. In 2020 we transitioned into doing Forestry Mulching, which allowed us to acquire another Skid Steer and a Forestry Mulching head for our Mini Excavator.

 

In late 2021 an opportunity arose and we took it on, and put everything we had into it. With this opportunity, we transitioned again into doing Commercial Site Development. We still do all of the Services we started off doing, we just added a few more to the list.
